For Trade Centre clients
Where exactly in Trade Centre are you?
Matryoshka Beauty Salon is located in Trade Centre Second, the heart of central Dubai. Our address is Carlton Downtown Hotel, M Floor, on Sheikh Zayed Road. We sit adjacent to the Trade Centre district — 10-minute walk from World Trade Centre metro, 4-minute walk from Financial Centre metro, 8 minutes from the Sheikh Zayed Road tower complex. Trade Centre Second is the official locality designation in Dubai postal records, distinct from the World Trade Centre commercial district itself but immediately adjacent. The salon is on the mezzanine floor accessed via the hotel main lobby — take the lift on the right and the salon entrance is on your left after exiting. Look for the burgundy door with the matryoshka doll logo. For drivers approaching from Abu Dhabi side, take the Trade Centre exit and the hotel forecourt is visible 200 metres after the exit on your right.
How do I get there from World Trade Centre?
Easy walk along Sheikh Zayed Road south for 10 minutes — pass Etihad Travel Mall, the residential towers, and Carlton Downtown Hotel is on your left. Inside the hotel lobby take the lift to M Floor. Alternatively one stop on red line metro from World Trade Centre to Financial Centre, then 4-minute walk south. In summer this walk gets uncomfortable above 10:00 — the metro option keeps you indoors and air-conditioned for most of the route. A taxi or Careem from World Trade Centre averages 6–10 AED and takes 5 minutes including pick-up; budget closer to 15 minutes during the late-afternoon rush when Sheikh Zayed Road traffic peaks. The metro fare is 3 AED on a Nol silver card — usually the cheapest option if you already have the card on you.
I work at Trade Centre — can I come in lunch break?
Absolutely. Trade Centre offices are our closest professional clients. Express services that fit a 60-minute lunch: gel manicure (45–60 min), eyebrow threading (15 min), eyebrow lamination (30 min), face lifting massage (30 min), brow tinting (20 min). WhatsApp 30 minutes ahead to confirm a slot — many of our weekly clients come from Trade Centre exhibitions and offices. The most-booked lunch-break combination is brow lamination plus a gel manicure refresh, around 75 minutes total — book it as a single appointment and we sequence the steps so you are back at your desk on time. We can also produce a quick invoice for accounting purposes if your office reimburses wellness visits. If you are repeatedly booking the same time and day each week, we can hold that recurring slot with your preferred master so you do not need to message ahead each time.
Do you have parking in Trade Centre?
Yes. Carlton Downtown Hotel has underground paid parking (5 AED per hour) accessible directly from Sheikh Zayed Road service road. Valet parking at the main entrance for 40 AED for up to four hours. Trade Centre street parking is paid weekdays 8:00–18:00 — easier to use the hotel parking for visits during business hours. The underground garage rarely fills before 20:00, so even weekend evening visits typically find a spot quickly. For repeat clients who visit weekly, paying parking by card at the exit terminal keeps the visit cash-free; the terminal accepts Apple Pay and Google Pay as well, so you do not need to carry physical cards. Salik tolls do not apply on the approach from the Trade Centre side, only when crossing the Garhoud or Maktoum bridges — visits from Bur Dubai may add a Salik charge automatically deducted via your registered tag.
Is your salon close to Dubai World Trade Centre exhibitions?
Yes. Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC) is 1.2 km from us — 5-minute drive or 15-minute walk via Sheikh Zayed Road. Many exhibitors and visitors during Gitex, Arab Health, Big5, Beauty World ME come to us for last-minute grooming. We can fit express services into your DWTC schedule — WhatsApp us your event time and we will work around it. For exhibitors staying multi-day at the hotels around DWTC (Ibis One Central, Crowne Plaza, Movenpick), the most popular visit is a full evening reset: brow lamination, manicure refresh, and a 30-minute face lifting massage in a single 90-minute window. Book that combination at least one day ahead during major exhibition weeks. We also offer same-day touch-ups between exhibition days for things like quick gel polish refresh or brow tint — 30-minute slots, no appointment needed.
What services are most popular with Trade Centre clients?
Gel manicure (125 AED, 45–60 min) tops the list — Trade Centre professionals book weekly. Russian hardware manicure (125 AED) for chip-free 3-week wear. Eyebrow lamination + tinting (100 AED) — popular before client meetings. Classic lash extensions (150 AED) and Brazilian keratin (400–750 AED by length, evening slots) round out the top 5. For Trade Centre office workers specifically, the most efficient package is gel manicure plus brow lamination plus brow tint at 225 AED total, finished in about 90 minutes — popular for the day before a presentation or client meeting. Most of our weekly regulars block the same time and day each week to lock in their preferred master. For event-week prep (exhibitions, conferences, weddings), the 6-Hand Combo Package at 400 AED finishes manicure, pedicure and lashes in a single visit of about 3 hours — the most efficient way to get everything done at once.
Do you serve clients from the DWTC residential towers?
Yes. Etihad Towers, Trade Centre Apartments, Sheikh Zayed Road residential complexes — all 5–10 minute walk. Many residents come for express services after work, or full sessions during weekend mornings. Open daily 10:00–21:00 so we accommodate any schedule. Residents of the Etihad Travel Mall area sometimes drop in unannounced after evening errands, and we usually have a chair for a manicure or quick brow service within ten minutes of arrival. For full hair color or keratin (3–4 hour appointments), we recommend booking the late-evening slot starting at 19:00 or 20:00 when the salon is calmer and the master can give you uninterrupted focus. Many residents become weekly regulars and lock in a standing slot — message us in WhatsApp once and we will hold the same time each week without further confirmation needed.
Is the building easy to find?
Yes. Carlton Downtown Hotel is a distinct landmark on Sheikh Zayed Road — look for the green and beige tower next to the residential block before Financial Centre exit. Salon is on M Floor — take the lifts from the lobby. Reception will guide you if needed. Set Uber pin to "Carlton Downtown Hotel main entrance". The hotel security guard at the main door speaks English and Russian and is briefed on the salon location — if you cannot see the lifts immediately, just say "Matryoshka beauty salon, mezzanine floor" and they will direct or walk you. After hours and on weekends the same staff are available, so finding the salon never depends on a specific shift. The salon door itself is burgundy with a small matryoshka doll plaque on the left — once you exit the lift on M Floor it is the obvious entrance directly ahead and slightly to the left.
